The 1.0" snowfall was from hail last night. I had Quarter to Golf Ball size hail between 7:46 - 7:56 PM MST. The hail piled up 1" deep in my yard, with 6" drifts. Received a report this morning from a man who said that 2.00" dia hail fell at his home in North-Central Carlsbad last night. It was knocking out street lights. |
