No hail pad, sorry. Hail was odd-looking, even from inside house. It was not just rounded, but chunky, as if it were an agglomeration of cubic pieces. I've never seen anything like it before. I saw clear-ice "seams" in some of the chunks. Not all that much of it - in grass, about 1-2" apart. (There was a tiny bit of smaller hail near the beginning of rain, but I am not including this.) Rain/hail storm was heavy 2:15-2:30 and then suddenly gone! Increased light in sky coming back at 2:35. |
