Rain gauge: 1.12 inches, ET gauge: 0.21 inches, temperature: 63°F, overcast, very wet, standing water in the orchard, rain, light fog. Breeze and wavelets on the Potomac River from the East, the flag south of Hog Island, however, is being blown, straight out, from the ENE, low swells from the NW, about four inches of visibility into brown water, one piece of natural debris in the channel, no fish. Songbirds, crickets, one doe, mushrooms, jays, crows, one red-shouldered hawk, and gulls. |
