Notes
The temperature is 32F, the barometer is 29.68 inches, and the humidity is 88%. We are in a disaster area in Michigan. We had a long rain and ice storm that shut down most of the upper lower peninsula and parts of the eastern upper. Schools are closed, and businesses are at a much-reduced work schedule. Thousands are without power. The temperatures will be in the mid-teens, a hardship on thousands of homes with no heat. For the first time I have lived in this house, 18 years, we had ice falling on our roof from oak trees. We have lost many weakened parts of trees, but no complete trees that I know of. One town had 1.50 inches of ice, and several had 0.75 inches of ice. We had 5.24 inches of rain in March. Our average temperature was 28 degrees.
