 Active wintry weather pattern continues...the 3rd modest (not major) "snow event" in the last 5-6 days gets underway! This 0.9" snow/0.07" melted liquid was PART 1 OF 3 of this latest multi-part snow event (event total snow 3.3"/melted liquid 0.21"): The vast majority of steady light snow fell between 1130pm-3am (although limited flurries occurred within 1-2 hours both before and after ob-time). MEASUREMENT SIDE NOTES: Thanks to seasonably-light winds mainly only 5-10 MPH, this was an unusually-easy measurement. The reported 0.9" snowfall reflected an average of what was found on snowboard/driveway/patio table, and the reported 0.07" liquid was melted straight from raw gauge catch.
