 Nothing in the gauge, but a weather front moved through here about 12:15 PM and I saw large drop markings on the pavement. Then a few minutes later, heavy dark bands of clouds moved by and there were strong wind gusts followed by snow showers that lasted just a few minutes. But this snow was like light round pellets. I picked up a few and they were almost like tiny styrofoam beads which melted to the touch. It was so interesting. They were not hard like sleet or hail and were not flakes. Nothing ended up in the rain gauge and nothing accumulated on the ground.
