U.S. Drought Monitor continues to rate my station in an area of Moderate Drought. Only had a trace of rain on 9/17. Soil very dry, have to water garden at least every other day, acorns and walnuts continue to fall, grass that is in the sun has browned out and is crunchy when walked on, and water restrictions still in place in surrounding towns.
