We have had almost 10" of rain here so far this month, 2.5 times the PRISM September average already. The lawn is green and growing. Weeds and plants are lush. Soil is muddy and there is standing water in ruts in the woods. Small ponds are full. Animal activity normal. Overall I might call it Mildly Wet if we hadn't just emerged from  dry conditions.
