My last report was submitted on 13 January 2019. This report covers the week of 13-19 January 2019. Temperatures this week ranged from the mid 20’s at night to the mid 40’s during the day.  During this period 0.46 of an inch of precipitation fell adding to the 0.10 of an inch that fell last week. Low areas are still pretty wet and squishy. This area has been under a Winter Storm Warning most of Saturday (January 19th) into Sunday morning. Overall conditions remain “Mildly Wet”.
