Very dry conditions have prevailed again through the last week, with no precipitation.  High temperatures were near average during the day, but lows in the local area have been dipping into the mid and upper 30s due to a very dry air mass.  With the combination noted, fall colors have begun to show up in the local mountains with the aspen trees and even some color beginning to show on local trees in the Carson City area.
