My neighborhood is in great shape.  We had a lot of rain in June which really got farm crops growing along with warm sunny days. July is 0.34" below normal and the topsoil is drying out.  Lawns and pastures are green and lush, and gardens haven't needed watering. It has been great weather for outdoor construction and activities.  Ditches, sloughs and marshes are normal as well as the Baraboo and Wisconsin Rivers.
