Low areas were saturated but not retaining standing water. Drain tiles 12 to 18 inches deep maintained a constant, but low flow throughout the past week. Ponds and sinkholes full and near overflow. Light rain in the area from late morning into early afternoon today contributing to mildly wet rather than near normal condition determination.
