Rain total for our station this past week is 3.00 inches with 3.91 inches total month-to-date and 9.27 inches total year-to-date (95% - 102% of normal). There were a few rain showers during the middle of the week that contributed to a good soaking that was needed for our area. The ground is still a bit damp in many spots. Temperatures have ranged from the low 40’s to the mid 70’s. Trees and plants appear to be doing very well. The woodchuck, bear, and deer make a regular appearance with the mosquitoes increasing in numbers.
