A good deal of rain this past week but little overall change to the normal conditions.  Local rivers and streams appear to be at normal levels.  No standing water in local fields or low areas.  Farmers are in the fields.  Local construction projects appear to be at normal schedules. Our Maple tree is full with leaves and our Magnolia trees are leafing and just beginning to flower.  Our flowers are growing very well. The grass is very green, thick, and growing very well. The ground has a good amount of moisture.
