Almost daily rainfall, varying from very light to heavy amounts, has lead to soils being completed saturated and water to begin ponding even with a small amount of heavy rainfall. Fuels are very wet, lowering the fire risk, and dust/pollen activity is low to moderate. Plants are green, but not growing very fast due to the amount of rain compared to the amount of sunlight.
