Since my last report on 5/04/25 there has been a total of 7.92" of precipitation. The water level in Hopeville Pond is about normal. Water supply quality and quantity are good for human consumption. There are still a number of animal prints and various birds to include, the usual yard birds and ducks and swans] around the pond. The outdoor temperature is still cool to cold which requires the people to keep their heat and/or a/c source turned on. The grass and other vegetation are very green and growing fast starting to be noticeable and will need to be managed; nature is in full bloom which adds to the growing allergy season.
