Conditions are very dry. Hot sunny days have eliminated any benefits from the rain on 5/12 and 5/13. Ground is dry to depth, leaf litter is completely dry, Just walking in a forested area raises a dust.  Wildfire continues in Lake Lizzy Conservation area.  USFS has fire risk set at HIGH for this area.  All surface water has dried and wildlife are seeking sources from humans.
