Spring continues to unfold beautifully.  We've had some lovely mild days, and then a couple of days of overcast and light drizzle. Just a trace of rain since the last report, so it looks as if the rain year is ending on schedule. The rain total is sufficient to avoid water restrictions during the dry season, we hope. Not as many tourists in town after the Easter weekend, but the RV parks are starting to fill up for the summer. The north wind is back for a day or so, which means ocean conditions will be too rough for water sports or much fishing.
