It had been drier than usual until yesterday when we received some much needed rain (1.16”). We’ve had 1.20” in the past 2 weeks. Soil moisture and water levels are now back to normal. Crop/plant growth is excellent although there has been drought stress on the ryegrass on the upland areas due to lack of moisture until yesterday. There is a low danger of wildfires at this time.
