Conditions continue to improve as it appears rainfall is on a slight increase. Temperatures have been on the cool side with some warming this past week. Have had several very windy days the past week. Lawns and pastures very green and growing. Trees are leafing out. Some fruit trees and flowering trees were damaged by hail storm early the week which covered the ground with 1/2 to 3/4 in hail stones. Rivers and stream level are trending up. Planting is well underway.
