Fairly dry, following a period with no rain for 11 days with high temperatures in the mid 80s. Have opted to stay in the "near normal' category for now.

Grass and vegetation is still green, but have noticed that soil is starting to get hard - water has hard time soaking in. Local bodies of water levels are near normal.
