Even though things are growing with the start of spring and plants waking up we are yet calling it Moderately Dry.  Farmers working the fields are followed by storms of dust that is getting tossed into the air.  Basically over the past couple of weeks we have only recorded just at .25 inch of rain.  This coming week and actually starting now look to be promising to be a bit wetter. We shall see.  The past three days were to be wet and we recorded little to nothing of any significance.
