No moisture the past 2 weeks until yesterday (Saturday). Then we got hail and rain with over 1.5 inches of moisture in Boulder. Last weekend I did hand watering of some roses and noted that most vegetation was brown and dry. This weekend, the trees and shrubs are starting to leaf out. Temperatures have remained warm and the winds have been constant and gusty, but due to the recent precipitation, conditions seem to be near normal.
