US Drought Monitor has my location in Abnormally Dry, but it is just miles from Moderate Drought. 0.40 inches of rain fell this week, and my station is 137% of NOAA normal for March, and 76% of normal for YTD. Grass is greener, bluebells are about 3-4 inches high, Winter Aconite and Snowdrops are in full bloom, and some of the daffodils are emerging. Wind has been noisy and strong on several days this week.
