Since my last report on 3/16/25 there has been a total of 3.62" of precipitation. The water level in Hopeville Pond is about normal. Water supply quality and quantity are good for human consumption. There are still a number of animal prints [deer, fox, coyote, and various birds to include, the usual yard birds and ducks and swans] around the pond. The outdoor temperature is still cool to cold which requires the people to keep their heat source turned on. We are still about 8 inches below the normal amount of rain/snow for the year. There still is a fire band in place for now.
