A couple of nice soaking rains this past week are kicking spring and getting plants into growth mode quickly.  Above normal temperatures as well with continuing winds that are typical with the change of season.  We continue with the dry conditions since we have been so severely dry for so so long and feel its going to take a long time to recover.  We will start probing the ground soon to get a better feel of how things are deeper than top soils.
