Over an inch of rain and about 9.4in of snow in the of the week. This past week has been warming as the week ends with nearly all the snow melted. No further deterioration in conditions. Lawns etc are greening, spring flowers starting to emerge a week or so behind last year. Rivers, lakes etc remain low but at slightly higher levels because of snow melt
