Conditions are mildly wet.  Still 2.5" of snow pack with 0.82" of SWE as of this morning on 1/21/2025.  16 consecutive days of snow pack 1" or more in my local area due to the extreme cold January.  Pond level higher than normal.  Local streams have a lot of ice in them.  This January will likely be in the top 10 for the coldest during the past 150 years,  possibly the coldest since 1978.  The plants are completely dormant due to the extreme cold.  Jet stream has a similar track as the winter of 1976 - 1977, warm Alaska - very cold east of the Mississippi River.
