Conditions remain mild/mod dry after one rain event in November. We've had about 2" snow total, and continue to show a large moisture deficit overall.  Rivers and wetlands are low, but improved since the rain, and lakes are freezing over. Snow cover is marginal for skiing or snowmobiling, need at least 2" more, and 6" more for full grooming.
