The ground moisture level near the surface is near normal; but drier than normal at deep depths due to the previous droughts which has recovered about 75 percent; but still has some small residual effects.  Drought status is NONE.  Vegetation is near normal for this time of the year.  According to the GFS forecast this week is going to be dry with a slight amount of rain on Wednesday.  Doe Run Lake Dam Reservoir in Kenton County below normal; but not extreme.
