November was the third month in a row of below average precipitation.  November precip was 2.27 inches, which was 34% below the average of 3.45 inches.  YTD precip is still above average by 21% with 49.36 inches recorded compared to an average of 40.91 inches).  However, WY to-date precip is 41% below average with 4.71 inches recorded compared to an average of 7.93 inches.
