Another week with n o rain -- last one was a month ago, 9/6, and we have had hot days for the duration! Cooler nights have only indicated low humidity, so we are drying out to near severely dry levels. Small fires have been reported, though no burn bans in the immediate area are up yet. With fall moving along,  plant life has not suffered badly, but gardens need irrigation to do much. Little rain is forecast for the next week, either.We are moving in the "wrong" direction!
