Conditions continue here as moderately wet.  Tropical Storm Helene and some subsequent rainfall have our precipitation year well over the 30-year average. Jordon lake appears to be sackful, small streams are flowing and soil is very moist.  While we did not have flooding problems, nearby topographically low areas have ponded water and flash flood warnings were issued throughout our region. We are "drying out" over the next several days since no precipitation is forecast.
