A few days of dry weather over the past week, combined with some rainfall on the fringes of Hurricane Lee and downpours ahead of a cold front, kept conditions within the Normal range over the past week. Little in the way of short-term dryness is being observed. Lawns and seasonal plants are healthy and no watering is required. Levels on area ponds and lakes remain well above normal for this time of year. No watering restrictions are in place.
