Picked up 1.05" of rain this week, which held off us dropping back into Mildly Dry. Precip for the month is 1.62", which is about 50 percent of normal. No rain likely over the next week. Generally cooler weather has mitigated effects of the lack of rain, those lawn growth has slowed a little. Soybean leaves are yellowed and dropping, and corn is drying down. Another week or two before harvest activities get started.
