What is up with rain? 

We have only had 0.5 inches this month? Are they seeding the clouds to not have rain? 

Never have had this little for a month of whole year! 

However, went to the mill Wednesday. They said Farmers are Reporting Good crop yields in spite of drought. Dont know of this is because we are marsh and swamp.
