Notes: Started snowing 2/11 2.0", no rain,freezing rain or sleet. 2/12 to 2/13 was nothing but rain, freezing rain, and sleet. 3.09" total. We had 1/4"ice. I was without power, heat, cell phone and internet until 4pm today. We lost cell towers. County anounced Franklin co in a state of emergency. Most roads were unpassable due to many hundreds of trees and ice. Temps were 25-30 for several days. I'm ready for summer.
