1/4 to 3/8 inch diameter hail began falling @ 3 with heavy rain and gusty winds. By 3:15, started to finish however the wind and heavy rain continued with the alley beginning to flood. The alley floods (minor) but not usually after just 15 minutes. Now wind continues but rain has slowed, thunder added to the excitement! 3:30 pm now.
