Monitoring period 22 - 28 APR ~ Cool dry start for this period.  Light frost on the morning of the 22nd. Average temps in the mostly 40’s in the morning, warming up towards the end of the period.  Mostly in the high 60’s during the day, climbing into the 80’s at periods end.   Measurable precipitation for this period was 0.08”.   No furnace used period, turned the AC on yesterday.  Crick flowing clear.   Rhubarb looking good.  Seeds planted in starting pots are sprouting, tomato starts look good.  Two raspberry plants sprouted fir the seeds planted last fall.  Small ornamental shrubs showing more leaves, iris bulbs in full bloom.  Over seeded and put compost on the bare patches in the lawn.  All trees are showing leaves.  Hearing no frogs, just crickets during the early evening hours.
