Description:
Cold start to the week, with a couple freeze warnings. The ground remained damp during mostly cloudy skies. Temps remained on the cooler side dipping to 36°, though one day we topped at 73°. Strong Winds most days. My indoor Temp dropped to a chilly 58°. Grass in thickening and is a deep green. Shrubs are greening nicely. The blossoming trees are getting ready to pop. Forecast: Rain starting today and continuing for most of the week with Cloudy skies, Temps in the 40s-60s. Total Precipitation estimated between 1 and 2", possibly pushing us to the Moderately Wet conditions. Annual flowers, have bloomed but were undersized and are now starting to whither. I found it funny to see the Cicada maps, which have a similar look to the CoCoRaHS precipitation map.
