Conditions continue to improve as it appears rainfall is on the increase. Temperatures have been on the cool side with some warming this past week. Have had several very windy days the past week. Lawns and pastures very green and growing. Trees are leafing out. Some fruit trees and flowering trees were damaged by freezing temperature the past weeks. Rivers and streams are near normal. Plants is well underway.
