 January 16th`s Record 1.20" in 1998 : Snowfall Record 3.0". 3" New Snow on ground and is a New Record Amount, old record 0" period. and 0.72" of Freezing Rain fell in 1998 : Oh and yes Yesterdays Snowfall amount was 0.5" a half inch fell rounded off to 1" at 11:59 p.m. today ended up with 3" new inches. Lo at University Village Apts. on Walker Rd. in North Jackson, TN was 4º : Coldest Wind Chill - 6º at 7 p.m. : Hi was 24º : Walker Road is still Covered with Sleet and Snow. 2.5" of snow and ice is still on the ground. The new snow didn`t have a lot of moisture with it like the previous event did.
