Delighted to see the first significant rainfall arrive.  .80 inches from the rain that began about 9:30 Saturday morning. We remain in Stage 4 conditions and it will take many more such dumps to recharge the ground water.  One festival was cancelled due to the rain.  The landscape certainly looks better with a nice wash.
