This past weeks precipitation was 0.65", most of which fell on the last day.  It had been dry up until then.  Soil temperature has been climbing through the week due to the way above normal air temps this past week.  It rose from 41F to 61F by week's end.  We had highs in the mid 80s several days.  Grass is growing vigorously, trees are flowering and budding out leaves..  Farmers were tilling and planting this past week. We had to use A/C for the first time this year.
