Another week without rain.  We have had no measurable rain since March 12 and that was only 0.02".  Conditions have been dry and windy again and a fire hazard has been posted.  With only one week in March left, we are miserably short of rainfall again this month.  We have only slightly more than one third of the month's rainfall. Lawns and crops need irrigation.  Lagoons are down and wildlife is looking for water.
