The icy conditions changed little this past week as temperatures never rose above freezing.  Until today there has been little precipitation.  Now it's snowing hard and is 5 degrees.  Unless it warms considerably, it will remain slippery.  Ice one cannot see will still remain dangerous.  Plowing today may be a challenge.
