Received 2 inches of wet snow over the weekend which once again put a halt to farmers completing corn harvest.  The cold temperatures this past week has the upper top soil frozen preventing fall tillage work and anhydrous application.  However, having the topsoil frozen did help with harvest and the large equipment getting through the wet areas of fields to some extent but not all with ground being clear prior to the snowfall.  It's the time of year when deer are on the move with many being struck by vehicles.
