We've had a mixed bag of weather this past week on Hatteras Island, from Sunny Warm and Light Wind to Cloudy Rain Cool and Breezy conditions. Nothing severe, but a kite surfer let his kite (small parachute ) get away from him which flew into the power lines and killed our electricity for a few minutes. No one was hurt. The sunny warm days were very nice. It's been a little dry so the rain was welcomed. The coolness and winds are typical for this time of year. Fishing has been real good and predictions are even better. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Have a Great week, travel safe. :)
