Notes: Current conditions: Freezing cold, 32 degrees; 29.23 Hg; overcast skies; w/strong light air from the West. Although I see no snow from my station, I was surprised to see a few scattered drifts nearby on East slopes of ditches and hills and in the shade on North sides of buildings in the viciinity.
