25-Flood watch. showers developing an hour or so before morning obs. Continual light AM rain and drizzle, light fog. PM light rain becoming moderate with light fog, ponding of water in streets by mid-PM. Increasingly dense fog developing in later afternoon with increasingly heavy rain. Steady rain continuing throughout the evening. Becoming windy and sharply colder with end to the fog. Rain mixing with snow late evening with moderate snow at obs., no accumulation. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! Daily record rainfall. 26-Snow continuing past midnight then ending. Temperature quickly falling below freezing before midnight and clear, very cold at morning obs. A substantial dusting of snow on grassy surfaces this morning. Much of the snow melted last evening due to warm ground temperatures from temperatures which had been in the upper 50's just a few hours before. Storm total rainfall: 3.25 November total rainfall: 5.00
